Methodology
We will divide into groups consisting of 3 people: presenter, reviewer and observer. The presenter will walk the others through a piece of work of their choice, the reviewer will provide feedback and the observer will comment on the dynamics and communication techniques used. We will switch roles to allow everyone to practice the techniques learned and experience different parts.
