Over eight years of working in the Product Design field, Gonia has led design in different capacities in product teams across diverse sectors (E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, and Communications) and stages (from startups to corporate).

Currently serving as a Product Design Lead at Staffbase, Gonia spearheads multiple design programs aimed at creating an industry-leading Employee Communications platform.

Her responsibilities include defining the platform's interaction model and promoting a data-informed culture throughout the organization. Passionate about coaching and fostering community, Gonia prioritizes empowering and supporting her team members, enabling them to reach their full potential.
