About the speaker
Uliana has years of experience leading product teams, but also being an external consultant with the need to organise and facilitate customer non-designer teams. Even though challenges, domains and teams were very different she had developed a common approach how to collaborate for success. That and some other experiences that bring teams, products and companies forward she will share on the stage.
