About the speaker
Jascha is a seasoned design leader and people manager with more than ten years of experience. He currently works as a Design Manager at Booking.com, where he manages high-performing teams and leads high-priority strategic efforts, many of which leverage various AI capabilities. He led the UX work leading to the launch of Booking.com's AI Trip Planner, which combines Large Language Model (LLM) technology from OpenAI's ChatGPT with Booking.com's internal ML models. He is passionate about how AI continues to shape the design field, both in terms of the opportunities and challenges it presents for creating better user experiences, design processes and shaping the role of designers overall.
