About this Session
Why is true alignment across business, design, and development so hard to achieve—especially in large organizations? In this roundtable, we’ll share challenges, question assumptions, and discuss how DesignOps and systems thinking can help bridge the gaps. Come ready to vent, reflect, and swap practical strategies with peers who’ve faced the same silos.
All signups for roundtables and conference day workshops will begin 2 weeks before the event. You will receive more instructions via email to pre-reserve one slot in any of the closed-capacity sessions, and afterwards, if there are available spaces, you will be able to join the others spontaneously.
Raquel Pereira is a Portuguese product designer turned DesignOps enthusiast, with a focus on design systems and improving collaboration across teams. She is currently the UX Lead Designer for Nokia’s Design System. In addition to her role at Nokia, Raquel teaches online courses and actively supports the design community through Friends of Figma and Into Design Systems in Portugal. She is passionate about making design more effective within organizations, especially by helping design, development and business teams work better together.
