2.3. These consents are binding and a mandatory requirement for purchasing a ticket and participating in the event.
2.4. Payment for tickets must be made within 14 business days of the invoice date, to the bank account specified on the invoice. If payment is not received on time, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order and reallocate the tickets.
2.5. Online tickets are provided exclusively in electronic form via email. The buyer is responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly. A reissue of the ticket is only possible as a gesture of goodwill and without legal entitlement. No Right of Withdrawal for Online Tickets

6.3. The decision regarding the refund lies solely at the discretion of the Organizer. There is no legal entitlement to a refund.Liability Disclaimer
7.1. The Organizer is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, technical issues, governmental orders, speaker cancellations due to illness, or other unforeseeable events, unless such damages result from intentional or grossly negligent actions by the Organizer.
