How does it work?
Read through the modules and choose two that are a fit for your skills
Complete the form before June 28th letting us know your preferences and telling us about you
If you are the right fit for an open position, our team will contact you to assign you a spot.
What does volunteering look like?
As a volunteer you will have an assigned module, which is a set of hours working on either September 16th, 17th or 18th on specific tasks.
You will select which modules fit your skills best, and will be assigned to one of your preferences if chosen. After that, we’ll match your work time with free time on September 18th so you can enjoy the Conference Day.
How are volunteers chosen?
We aim for a mixture of backgrounds, ages and experience. Volunteering experience in other events is not mandatory.
We also have a 40% cap on returning volunteers, in order to give the chance for new ones to join as well.
You will be chosen based on the fit for the modules available in the form.
