Zalihata is a seasoned Design Strategist and Design Operations Manager with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including tech, telecommunications, and banking. Known for her impactful leadership roles at top companies like Orange, PayFit, and Glovo, she has a proven track record of aligning design, product, and development teams to enhance collaboration and impact to drive product success. As a dedicated mentor and educator, Zalihata combines her extensive corporate experience with a passion for storytelling, using techniques from theater and public speaking to engage and inspire. Through her activities and involvement in different types of organisations such as Hexagon UX, Zalihata is also deeply commited to bring more diversity and social justice in the workplace.
