About the Facilitator
I’m a product and design leader and author, and I’ve spent twenty years helping organisations all over the world shape transformative digital products at organisations like Babylon Health and Clearleft. I noticed that the teams I was leading struggled to articulate their work, so I wrote a book about it: Death by Screens. I’ve trained people worldwide in communication and design skills for organisations like O’Reilly and NASA, from Tokyo to Helsinki.
