WORKSHOP
BUILDER'S DAY
About this Workshop
Our workshop is structured into four modules, each guiding you step by step toward a tangible, testable AI chatbot. Throughout the process, we have engaging discussions, offer mutual feedback and provide space for self-reflection and insight generation.
First, we introduce key concepts in AI and chatbots, explain underlying technologies and take a look at the evolution of chatbot development.
Then, together, we define a user-centered strategy, ensuring your chatbot meets real user needs rather than just being a technical showcase. In the third module we tailor the chatbot concept to align with your business goals and technical requirements.
At last, based on the defined framework and decisions, we build fully functional chatbot prototypes.
Who is it for?
The workshop is addressed for Designers (who want to learn how to create user-centric AI chatbot interactions and integrate chatbot touchpoints in existing or new products.
