Roundtable
We've all left a room with that regret feeling. A conversation that looked fine but produced nothing or worse, a conversation that turned into a debate nobody meant to start.
The problem isn't that we don't ask questions. It's that most of us have never thought about the architecture of them, the anchor, the framing... and most important what answer do we need. Whether we're opening a door or accidentally closing one, questions are the core of our work.
Like good detectives, we're not just collecting answers. We're designing where the conversation goes. In this session we'll unpack what makes a good question actually work, how to reframe in the moment, and what gets in the way, even for the most experienced people in the room. You'll leave seeing your own questions differently.
