Workshop Lab
Everyone's rolling out the same workflow like it's a personality. It's not. It's a template with your logo on it.
There's no one workflow that fits every team, every org, every designer — and the more AI hands us the tools to standardize everything, the more it matters that we don't.
I'll walk through how I've built my own process — visibly, unapologetically weird — as proof that it's possible, and survivable, to let people work like themselves and still ship. Because letting your team be as specific as they actually are is what makes them good, not what makes them risky.
No hands-on in this one — just the case, the evidence, and time to argue with me about it. Come for the pushback on hyper-optimization. Leave with a reason to let your team be a little more themselves.
