In this session we will open up on motherhood as a source of transformation that pushes you to be more resilient, to question your work, and to look for deeper purpose. Expect to discuss the things that go unsaid in meeting rooms, the semi-taboos topics amongst working moms, and to hear experiences that have shaken, tested and stretched designer moms. Beyond stories, we will share space through deep presence and a short meditation.

Natalia is a Design Lead who loves a strategic approach and research-based projects. She is currently leading the Employee Experience Design team at Rabobank, where she focuses on simplifying experiences and questioning HR policies for 40,000 employees. Mother of two and passionate advocate for women’s health, she is also a certified Pre-natal and Post-Natal Yoga teacher, well versed into holding space for others and inviting an introspective energy.
