IFA Berlin
September 6-10
The biggest Consumer Electronics Fair returns with more than 2000 exhibitors displaying all things new in tech. Robots, household appliances, electronics and more: Since 1924, exhibitors have been showing their innovations at the Funkausstellung in Berlin.
Fantasy Filmfest
September 4 to 11
Year after year Fantasy Filmfest brings a unique mix of genre films to an audience that enjoys a good scaring. For almost a fortnight breathtaking thrillers, blood-soaked horror movies and heartfelt dramas take over the screen. With about 50 films, the Fantasy Filmfest has become one of the largest alternative film festivals in Berlin.
Berlin Beer Week
Sep 6 & 7
If you're the kind of visitor that comes to Berlin to drink beer on boats, this might be the thing for you. An "all you can taste" beer cruise organised by BrewDog to test out special batches of their craft beer and enjoy the end of the summer cruising through the Spree.
Lollapalooza Berlin
Sep 7 & 8
If you are from a younger generation of Designers and want to attend one of Berlin's biggest (non techno) music festivals, then Lollapalloza might be for you. Featuring Sam Smith, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers and many more. Is it the best music you'll hear in Berlin? Probably not… but because it's the weekend after we couldn't just skip it from the list.

It might be worth staying an extra week in Berlin just for this: Art experts and art lovers from Berlin, Germany, and around the world are invited to exhibitions, performances, screenings, and an extensive festival week programme in the Berlin Art Week.
