With a background in consultancy and entrepreneurship, Cassie has led design at scale, as Principal Design Consultant at BAE AI, delivering multi-million-pound transformation projects for clients like Vodafone and as a founder of an entertainment industry serving LA based design studio. 

Now at Unily, a leading enterprise intranet platform, she leads the design systems function, focused on one of the hardest problems in the discipline: customisable, multi-brand systems.
