With a background in both consultancy and entrepreneurship, Cassie has led design at scale, including as a Principal Design Consultant at BAE Applied Intelligence, where she's led the design of multi-million-pound digital transformation projects for commercial clients such as Vodafone and Lloyd's Register.

She's also founded and ran a design studio in LA serving the entertainment industry, launched a startup SaaS loyalty app and platform for micro and independent businesses and spent six years contracting and consulting across everything from zero-to-one ventures to large-scale rebrands and design system initiatives.
