This hands-on strategy workshop takes you behind the scenes of how design can move from supporting OKRs to influencing how they are shaped.

Drawing from real work at Mews, a fast-scaling hospitality tech unicorn, participants experience a live case study: how design evolved from supporting individual Key Results to facilitating a cross-functional, end-to-end OKR spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. This is not a theory session. It is a working simulation. Participants will experience the same workshop formats and artifacts used to connect OKRs to customer journeys, surface dependencies across teams, reveal ripple effects between Key Results, and reframe business initiatives through a human-centered narrative. The facilitation framework that positioned design as a strategic partner beyond R&D is the one you will use in the room.

A Madrid-based service designer who has spent the last 3.5 years scaling design practice at Mews, a hospitality tech unicorn. Raised by a maker and drawn to mountains, she brings a hands-on sensibility to complex systems, making the invisible visible and turning messy ideas into action.

At Mews, she works with the Ecosystem team shaping experiences across all products and contributing to company-wide OKRs. Before that, nearly five years at Globant saw her designing Salesforce products for BBVA Enterprise and collaborating with major clients across finance and automotive.

Facilitation is central to her practice, not as an end in itself, but as a tool for driving strategy and bringing structure to ambiguity. She has spoken at Mews Con, R&D Con, and Celonis Madrid, and in 2025 took on the role of Women's ERG Ambassador at Mews, advocating for DEI through community building and public presentations.

She believes the industry needs more people who can hold complexity and turn it into clarity, and that is exactly where she does her best work.
