Thi is a Senior Product Designer with over 12 years of experience in enterprise and security platforms, currently focused on Zero Trust products at Cloudflare. She began her career in web and front-end development before moving into product design, and is now growing into a Lead role while staying deeply committed to hands-on craft, systems thinking, and mentoring through the work itself.

Growing up in Vietnam without full internet access, she experienced firsthand how technology can reshape human connection. When she moved to the US in 2009, her first video call with her parents from nearly 9,000 miles away brought them all to tears. That moment shaped a lasting conviction: technology at its best collapses distance and makes us more human.

That belief extends into how she thinks about AI, seeing it as a tool that accelerates workflows and expands creative potential. She believes AI literacy, curiosity, and ethical judgment are becoming essential skills, and that human-centered thinking matters now more than ever.
