Jonny has been a designer and founder for nearly two decades. He's convinced we're at the start of a new product design era, defined not by AI itself, but by what it unlocks: deeper creativity, more divergent ideas and faster experimentation.

As co-founder of Near Future, he helps companies like Wise and Attio navigate AI adoption without flattening the very human thinking that makes products great. When he's not helping others with AI adoption, he's at his personal studio Toy, building the design tools he's felt the lack of for his whole career.

Previously he was CEO of Progression (raised $6m, exited 2024) and helped to scale Deliveroo's design team in its early years.
