Kyle Alexander has spent the better part of a decade rebuilding content design functions at companies that didn’t realize they had them—Fidelity, Credit Karma, Square—and then demonstrating what they’re actually capable of.

Formerly at Block, he works at the intersection of content design, design systems, and model alignment, developing the frameworks and tools that teams use to decide how systems should behave and then recover when they get it wrong.

Outside of the work itself, he's committed to growing the field through speaking and writing. He argues that, at its best, content design is one of the most consequential practices in AI product development.
