Mehmet Aydın Baytaş, known as Baytaş, is a designer and engineer specializing in technical leadership for brand expression and innovative user interfaces.

Now at Attio, a next-generation CRM platform, Baytaş works with the marketing team as a design engineer. His approach fuses technical precision with brand storytelling, creating interfaces that feel intuitive yet ambitious, drawing from his experience building products at startups and research labs.

Formerly an academic with a PhD in human-computer interaction design, he conducted award-winning research, built research teams, and raised more than $5M for research on emerging user interface technologies. He continues design scholarship through his Design Discipline project, publishing a podcast, opinions, and design curation.
