WorkshopS
Strategy & Biz Day
Description
AI can now write the brief, generate the deck, and summarise the research. Being able to create documentation is no longer a strength. What AI cannot do is walk into your organisation, read between the lines, surface past projects that proves your point, and construct an argument that gets leadership to say yes.
That's case-building. And most in-house design and innovation teams have never been explicitly taught it, because execution was enough. It isn't anymore.
This workshop uses AI as both the provocation and the tool. Participants learn the structure of a compelling internal case: how to read organisational context, surface relevant evidence from past work, and build an argument that creates shared ownership before anyone is asked to approve it. Then they use AI to accelerate each step: synthesising inputs, identifying precedent, stress-testing the argument against different stakeholder positions.
Drawing on research across 60+ design and innovation teams globally, this session is for in-house practitioners who are tired of having the right answer and losing the argument before the meeting even starts.
